Company is very big and good but there is no proper system set up at ground level and at Middle level. All things has been maintained in excel only. Only one thing I am able to learn from this company that how to manage pressure under high volume. You will not be able to manage your personal life because working time for this company at branch level is normal hours just on papers but in actual you have to daily spend12-14 hours to complete your task. According to company policy you have entitled for two offs in week (Saturday n Sunday) but at branch level you have to work on week offs also due to high volume and due to lack of system. Work Details

Taking care for two states including AR n AP and other operational activities. My small request to management is that please look at your branch level accounts department and try to understand how they are managing ground level activities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
