Wonderful work experience, I have learnt a lot about marketing, about recruitment, training . And heavy paper work. I have learnt about team efforts. Being a leader of agents I have trained them,motivate them.etc

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Working culture , no time frame, you have no personal life. Job is not secure, no helping nature from upper officer . Rare chances to get apromotion.work environment is not good. The target given to a DO is not relevant to the demographic situation.

Work Details

It a very challenging job and specially recruitment of agents. It's gives a lot of learning experience from recruitment, trained them and marketing. Overall I love my work profile.
