work life balance is very good. Exposure & chance work on more new products & projects which are first of a kind in India and some times unique. Learning & exposure we get is incomparable with same peers across different organization.

Dislikes

Work environment to be improved with right resources for right responsibilities. Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Appraisal process is not transparent & to be improved.

Job Security is the one of key parameter which i like very much in L&T, one example is during pandemic in 2020, it was handled well by top management and not considered the employee's salary as burden.

L&T Construction and mining machinery is the division of L&T, senior management bring more nos of new products which will give is wide experience in the industry
