I have been working with Korecent since a while now, In my strong view Korecent is QUALITY FOCUSSED and as a result : particular on up-skilling their team members for a structured process oriented working. The best part is that the Leadership is supportive and stands with you to make the project a success. I enjoy being part of a highly focussed and passionate team. What I find best is that people with strong integrity and ethics stick here for long which secures me for a quality work - life balance. They have a hybrid work culture. The one thing I noticed is that korecent tolerates no nonsense and does not entertain toxicity at workplace. Dislikes

Don't work with Korecent Solutions as a client and don't join as an employee. Stay away from this organization. I highly against Korecent Solutions. The company is primarily run by family members, including Founder's wife, Sister, brother-in-law and cousins. It seems more focused on satisfying their personal egos than creating a legitimate business. Their operations are far from professional, And they are involved in selling products developed by other companies. What's even worse is that they sell these products at a higher price than the original companies, including Frappe, which sells the same products for a much lower price. This is a clear scam and their business practices are unethical. If you value your career growth and want to work for a reputable company, then avoid Korecent Solutions at all costs.
