Likes

The college is one of the reputed colleges in Kerala with good infrastructure. The management seem supportive of the employees. College is committed to social service. Employees are encouraged towards higher studies and they have a rehiring policy for the employees who has left the job for the same.

Dislikes

Sometimes, examination results seem more important than anything else. This puts unwanted pressure on the employees, especial teaching staff.
