Lots of politics to save non performing person who is in favor of HR. Worst HR person saw in my career journey . No one wants to grow, everyone is trying to save their sit and no one helps to grow. No proper knowledge transfer for new person. Team Member is just spreading wrong information in to the company , which is affecting other team members interest towards work Fake commitments by initial stage of interview by HR.
