The work culture is absolutely autocratic and negative. The Chairperson insults and humiliated teachers and incharges in front of everybody. Although she is not an educator, yet tried to interfere in each and every aspect of classroom teaching. Only those who work according to her whims and satisfy her ego can continue to work here.There's no work-life balance. A constant sense of fear, insecurity and nervousness pervades among the teachers there. Not a recommended place to work at all!...Read More
