Culture is good and work life balance was there

Dislikes

I spent 7 years working in a project. I was not given any growth by my manager. Due to my hard work, he was given a chance to settle in US but he never took care of my growth and no one asked him to take care of that until his manager changed and he had given me promotion within 3 months of becoming my skip level manager.. I think management trust in my manager was blind which is still impacting many under him.....Read More
