But JV is type that one can't work independently. The bosses for JV will not let you make the decision. Also if something is going wrong, you have to own it.

There is wide variety of machines to learn from as a technician.

Dislikes

The work environment is very toxic with very political managers who take credit from what has been achieved by the junior employees. The managers also block any promotions and skill developments of their junior staff. In addition to this, the manager ensures that he implements very exploitive policies such as pay cuts even after achieving the set targets, pushes some employees to work for more than 72 hours in a week without compensation of the extra worked hours and even uses verbal insults during production meetings.
