I DON'T REMEMBER IF I LIKED ANYTHING THERE WHILE WORKING FOR THEM. PEOPLE WILL THINK THIS COMPANY IS A VERY BIG NAME AND HAS A TURNOVER OF MORE THAN 700 CRORE BUT THE TIME YOU ENTER AS AN EMPLOYEE YOU WILL BE SCUMMED THERE.

SO LET'S TAKE IT POINTS-WISE - 1- WORKING HOURS ARE 10-7:30 MON-SAT, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR PERSONAL WORK LIKE BANK OR ANY MEDICAL CONDITION. 2- NEXT THEY WILL KEEP YOU ON PROBATION PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS AND IN THE MEANTIME AFTER 1 MONTH THEY WILL SAY SORRY(happened with 3 people before me and 2 people after me) 3- THERE IS NOHIGHER AUTHORITY IN THIS COMPANY AS SOMEONE IMAGINED THAT THERE WOULD BE A GENERAL MANAGER, NO EVERYDAY YOU REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO IS ALSO NOT EDUCATED AS IT SEEMS. 4- THEY JUST TREAT YOU AS A MACHINE THAT SHOULD RUN THE WHOLE DAY EITHER IT WOULD INVOLVE YOU RUNNING FROM KANPUR COURT TO RANIA FACTORY THEN MATI COURT THEN CHAUBEYPUR FACTORY THAT TOO ON BIKE. 5- THEY WILL PAY RS.3/KM FOR BIKE NO CAR IS ALLOWED AND IF YOU USE CAR THEN REST MONEY IS ON YOU.
