You engage with our members just like your in-locale full-time team members and work organically towards delivering the highest quality output without ever having to worry about change in deliverables or strategy. Because these members are only working at one engagement at a time, they passionately eat, breathe, and sleep only your Business and are rightly incentivized to deliver the highest quality output that makes sense for you. The pricing is per resource per month, akin to full-time salaries, but flexible for number of months of engagement. We fundamentally believe that the current high levels of disengagement cannot be solved by constant job-hopping; the true solution lies in matching the 'work'​ with the 'worker'​.
