Very toxic work culture. They do not care about what you have done for the company or you gave your life's important years to the company. I worked 2 years for this company but the behaviour of the company's owner is really bad. They Will shout on you whenever they want and without any reason. I do not suggest any one to go there. There is no fixed leaves no matter is this Diwali or Holi. They will never tell you on which day our official off will be but if you planned your ticket to go to your homes they will shout on you how can you book your tickets i do not allow you. Means you can not live happy if you are working there. They will force you to work until 2-3 AM since morning but no extra payment will be given to you and they will never appreciate your efforts. Hell is better than this company. Never go there otherwise you will regret your decision and now it's your decision....Read More

If you are a female candidate then you are surely going to entered in a hell .The owner of the company have whole sole authority. female Employess are mostly on the non tech jobs though joined as developer. there are no appreciation at all. Employees are forced to work as the boss wants no matter what time is what the situation you are in . Anytime you will be asked to leave the company . there is no carrier growth at all . though you joined as software developer but it could be happen that end up with support team or other title in your experience latter . Yopu will be feel suffocated and 24*7 under surveillance . you willl be yelled each time when the boss will come in the office ....Read More
