The company lacks job security, fails to adhere to social compliances and the HR department lacks clarity regarding company policies. Employees face long working hours 9:30-7:00PM, without provident fund and bonuses. even don't provide requirement equipment for work, as i am working into international sales I didnt get laptop or mobile if have to make the call to foreign clients can contact through owner’s mobile. Dont have Air conditioner for staff even if there is power cut they dont turn on the generator for this you have to take the permission from owner. If the employee injured during official duty or travel the companies provides no support or concerns for theire health. Salary increments are minimal, typically only 2-3%. Company do not provide any joining letter appointments letter, salary statement even if you left the company they do not provide experience certificate apart from this you will not your full & final.
