OBGY is the worst department here. No management of duties, partial consultants, always in a hush to go home. HOD thinks as if she is the queen of the OBGY doesn't have basic manners to talk inspite of being so experienced. Stupid coordinator, stupid medical service management who doesn't care about the employees, even after lodging an official complaint. Worst senior clinical care coordinators since they think of themselves as the ones who can do anything just because some one doesn't say something. Will inform at midnight when the concerned person is already asleep to come for some other shifts. No work life balance, no mutual understanding amongst people in department. Worst part is the HOD differentiating between MBBS and Ayush doctors. If she cares so much about these all things then better don't hire AYUSH doctors in your so called heavenly department. They should change department of RMO every 1 yearly , soo that each RMO should gain better knowledge of each department, which would be benefits of RMO doctors
