They will make you work for more then 12 hrs daily still they wont even pay good, work life balance is shit. Only thing good is get experience and join a better company. As a Civil Engineer working on site is fine but they don't even provide basic human facilities like proper Washroom and that's very disgusting. The only thing your senior cares is progress. No increment and nothing. Even the BONUS they give in Diwali is through the money they deducted from your salary. They don't even provide proper machineries and equipment and yet they expect Engineer to arrange the same and show progress. Here they don't even provide a cup of tea for free. After completion of milestones only Management level Employees Party but they don't even give samosa worth 10 rs to their engineers. J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd is good for experience but one should not stay here for much time....Read More
