Skill development is possible but only when collogues are supportive

Dislikes

No salary increment Company signing bond with his employee for minimum 3 years of service,if any employee want to drop the job,HR asking to pay (last received) 6-9 months salary which is horrible practice This practice is illigal according to company contract act rule by of government of india No job satisfaction No self decition allowed Senior treat like slave not as employee
