No planning, no career path, no HR policy, no employee benefits, no PF, no insurance and no any kind of social security.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Your job will be at stake all the time, as the marketing team will advertise about various things but in reality will be missing from college. The staff is under pay and no job security.
