1. The appraisal cycle is not good here. They will disclose there rating at the time of Diwali. 2. At the time of joining your Varaible amount will be deducted in your salary and they will give you the letter with this amount at the time of Diwali event but this amount will be redeemed after 6 months most probably in the march.

Likes

A bit hectic working here but you get to learn a lot . And you get the rewards of your works .

Dislikes

One of the worst thing is the territory managers put unnecessary pressure on the executives even if they are giving there 100 percent but the managers who are not even working their 20/30 percent of there work are being praised for no reason whatsoever.
