JOIN IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST NIGHTMARE OF YOUR LIFE. There is nothing to like about this company. The company operates out of temporary structure in plant. A company which does not have vision to invest in permanent structure one can imagine what they expect out of their employees.

1. Remote location 2. Unhealthy work culture 3. untimely salary 4. abusive management 5. No vision for the company 6. No employee benefits like medical, leave Overtime, Life Insurance. 7. Unreasonable deductions from monthly salary

extremely stressful as the management has no definite path forward. No ideas are welcome only follow the instructions. complete disregard to safety norms. only JUGAD is done to address the issues. no permanent solutions
