Hiii last 2.5 years i woked at Inox wind, inox WTG technology is very good,and team support and HR support is also good. small break down / spear stock not maintained company at site level that is not good. employee salary is need to stream line .

spears not maintained at site, there is no yearly increment process, salary not come at in time

The portfolio shows the management of the organisation but it will not address your problems . Salary is delayed by more than 90 days .growth is nil if any one tells u work hard u will get better results don't listen to that .politics very much prevails.

Like others I have also joined 2years back but soon realised this is not the place where any sensible person would like to work.
