I started my career in this organisation as a Sales Executive, promoted as marketing officer and Sr. MO. Here in, only there is Work-Freedom to some extent! It depends on whom you work.

Dislikes

Being a senior employee, I have a terrible experience before leaving the job. There is no systematic appraisals, lot of team politics. Only Employees who are in good position are promoted to further levels. Down level employee have to wait years for salary increment and promotion. I suggest job seekers, who have a long vision on their career, can look for any other organisation and consider this in a last place. I’m at 42 now, i was forcefully terminated 1 year ago. Work Details

I started working in 2003, as Sales executive, then Credit verification officer and Marketing officer. I handle the whole Branch sales and recovery. Work together with sales executives and recovery team.
