We pioneered modern industrial & logistics real estate in India with new generation industrial parks catering to the logistics infrastructure needs of leading players in sectors such as automobiles, ecommerce, FMCG, 3PL and manufacturing among other sectors. With a portfolio of around 36 million square feet across 35 logistics and industrial parks including developed parks, as well as parks under various stages of development, we have the largest network of industrial & warehousing parks in India.
IndoSpace has established a long-term partnership with GLP, the leading global provider of modern logistics facilities and technology-led solutions. The partnership enables IndoSpace to leverage GLP’s fund management, development and operational expertise and resources, as well as GLP’s extensive global customer network, to further strengthen IndoSpace’s leadership position in India.
Our continuing efforts to transform industrial real estate has won recognition from the industry. We were recently awarded the 'Best Developer of Industrial/Warehouse Real Estate in India', fifth time in a row by Euromoney. It has also won the “Star Warehousing Company of the Year” award for 2017 for the third time since 2015 at the 11th Express Logistics & Supply Chain (ELSC) conclave, as well as the CII Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) award for 2016.
