It's lala company where nepotism is at its peak. To stay long and satisfied you have to be very close to the 1) the chairman 2) his relative Anjali Sondhi and 3) CEO Bhavesh. There are companies within the small company, with many CEOs supported by one staffer. If you are not close to these 3 then you are not protected. It means youare good for some months. Not a place for creative or intelligent people who want to be do good or great things.
