Good learning of funds in initial period of joining. Later on it becomes stagnant.

Dislikes

Boss, super boss, no learning, complete manual activity. No growth. Poor work life balance.

Company work culture is great, unfortunately finance team work culture is toxic and abusive. No work life balance, absolutely no respect at all. Boss is always right and there is no hierarchy in team, all are dignified clerks. CFO is extremely casteist, utterly selfish and promotes chamachagiri
