Too much of interference in other department works by the Heads of the Department and giving self opinions without discussing the pro & corns the impact on work and knowledge and assessing the employee potentiality by just being a Senior or Superior

Was designated with HR-Manager, and was directed to look after the four branches in totality as per the Management norms. Was dealing in recruitment, attendance, payroll, advances, and administration mainly in association and consultation .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
