There are some seasoned senior employees with loads of experience to assist you with learning and growth. Compensation is also as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture in some teams especially in the HR Team due to lack of leadership qualities in the AVP of HR Ms. Geeta Menon. Abusive and toxic management of employees with no scope for growth and nothing new to learn. Hire and fire culture which is visible to the management but no action is taken against it. I hope the company realises that they are losing out on good employees because of some bad ones being ignored for their actions. This is not how a company should function where toxic behaviour is repeatedly ignored....Read More
