Review: I recently had a frustrating experience with the interview process here. Initially, the HR reached out, seemed very enthusiastic, and scheduled the first interview. The first round went just okay, mostly because the interviewer didn’t seem interested or prepared. Afterward, I was told there’d be a second round, but no details were provided about who it would be with. Eventually, they informed me that the next round was with a business manager. On the day of the second interview, the business manager arrived 15 minutes late and asked the usual “Why should I hire you?” questions. Following this, HR invited me to come for a walk-in interview, only to change plans yet again, saying they’d let me know after reviewing. Three days later, HR finally informed me that I wasn’t selected.
