I am very happy to work in this institution, what ever it may be, once commited to do any work, we must do with interest and involvement but not the sake of higher authority ,"if love to do anything, you will succeed" it's my motto. Here I am satisfied with salary and policies, I am given freedom to do anything in my field.

Dislikes

Sometimes I have felt bad about the people who have passed wrong information about me for their private gain. I am working for the institution but not for individual. So I didn't take it to my heart

Intially I struggled lot to adapt this profession since I came from company's working atmosphere and then later I picked up . My company experience was very useful to educate my students in a practical way ( while I am teaching bus
