In RTR UK division you will get a chance to manage whole P&L and B/S of the division. It is difficult to find such opportunity in any other company. Hybrid working is also addon which gives you flexibility.

Dislikes

Your increment and promotion is not linked to your performance. There are 2 favourite changu mangu of VP who gets timely promotion and high increment every year other wise you will get minimum increment way below inflation. If in case you can become 3rd favourite nangu of VP then this will be the best opportunity for you.
