HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. Here people are working from more than 20-25 years. to old school type of work culture. in the era of storage, they still prefer printing papers and storing it. worked in export department,some people were good and most were worst. you need to sign a bond before joining the office and they might harass you at the end when u try to leave before bond ends
