- Work life balance hectic - Fake image of Best place to work- GEOS survey is fake, employees pressurized to rate positive - Promotions based on networking with management and Yes man/Chamchas of SD/ASM's as they also have to show somebody promoted. - Courage is one of the company values-to speak Truth; but same is used to againstyou. - Language of Zonal heads/Sales Director's is Arrogant they don't know how to speak with Account Managers (Sales) - Micromanagement of employees - Lot of excel work and laptop work rather than Market visits...Read More
