From my personal experience** 1) I have witnessed instances where the company's ethics and culture seemed to be ignored or inconsistently enforced 2) Trust and open communication were lacking among colleagues. You cannot trust your manager[s] words. 3) Management often demanded constant updates even on weekends and frequently didn'taccept NO for an answer. This created a lot of pressure and affected the work-life balance 4) There were instances where management restricted interactions with certain colleagues even outside of office hours, limiting our personal choices 5) Job security and settlement are non-existent as after dropping the paper it is up to the management to decide how much to pay you and how long you can work. Advice to Management: 1) Please respect employees' personal boundaries. It is important to maintain clear boundaries between employee's personal and professional life. Please understand employees have a life outside of the office. 2) Have a strong focus on the company's core business rather than delving into employee's personal life 3) Respect Employee's privacy. It is important for management to acknowledge employee's activities outside of office hours are their personal matters and should not be a subject of concern or discussion within the company. 4) Settlement amount or Salary during the notice period should be based on how long they have been on the payroll.
