middle managements need to follow ceo's thought then really good otherwise everything is fine. CEO mr. P. Banthia is realy walk on trust.honesty and commitments.

I worked for 7yrs for designing into mechanical engineering even south africa visited for new project 4months. And completed successful. Today also we really like that Hitech.

Typical indian traditional company . Corporate atmosphere is missing .

Dislikes

They are so strict on timing . Even if you work late byt they deduct your salary for 5 mins late. also making harrassment at the time of leaving.
