As an Engineering graduate they never value your education, as most of the top managers are just ITI pass and Diploma qualified persons. Head of project management is a lady with mere 10+ yrs of experience and a ITI draftsman. Very poor work life balance with pathetic salary packages. You can join this company if you don't value your self respect.
