Very unstable working culture. No proper working policies for Market as well as for employees. Payout is very-very low according to workload and sales pressure. No on the job training. HR dept. is just like puppet. No support from Senior management, they will treat you like a slave. Specially your reporting manager. Very unprofessional person I have ever seen in my career.
