Nothing to like about this old British type mentality working government organisation.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything. Of you are native tamilnadu then it is your area of work. If you are not local then avoid this due to local health condition of food, water & environment it make impact on your family life & performance. Morning 8 am to evening 6 pm duty hours. Only sundy holiday but if they want then they call on Sunday and it is mandatory. Yearly 12 holidays. Only South holiday are accepted. If you take leave more than 7 days without prior permission they take action on you to remove for your job like you are their slave. Every time you have to take permission for leave if not then they are not accepting your leave application and you are not get paid for those days. Not good management compared to other OFB factory. Poor promotion schemes. More work than private organisation compared to benifit. Not good for life time job opportunity due to management & government actions. And much more....Read More
