There is no such thing i can like .

It was very penful experence in when i started work. i will not recomnded those have 8 to 9 yr of experence. company starting morning 7 o clock. There leave policy also very worst ,there no carry forward leave policy & no turn into cash your leave. They are very strict for attendance, it gives u fill that u are in school. Basicallythey support to TVS , Few manager of TVS are laso very rud and arraogant ,they traet Harita employ as a slave, If anyone wants to join the organisation should develope slavery mindset before joining it helps u lot. If u say to Hrita mangment that TVS manger behave wrongly with you , they simply listen it and keep it side. They also have gropisom system. Job security: No Job security. shift is strating morning 7 o clock to night night 1 clock. work satisfaction : Its depend with whome u will work. (mostly it painfull) work life balance: Forget about your life, i can write more about this organisation i know people dont have enough time to read. i want to conclude here . *One last suggestion for all engineer please avoid the organisation it save your time ,life and family.*...Read More

Dislikes

Don't expect any promotion, appraisal, company benefits for an management side. Salary was not credited properly. Not an flexible work hours. No cab and food allowance. HR response is too worst in management
