Timing was 10 hrs strict in time was strict out time can be prolonged, Third party vendors control the organisation Sales training is given to most of employees regardless of your post , According to them if you are not in sales , u have failed your life. Other careers will fail only sales will be there in future. The director doesnot take the decision properly, he only cares about money and how to cut maximum cost, and wants everything for free, Hr policies are worthless nobody follows them including the senior team. You work sincerely but you won't be trusted slightest of bit . Appreciation is non existent instead the day you work your hardest will be the day u will be insulted if u re not in sales. Third party people have egos as high has Mount Everest. Hr and admin was the biggest joke there as they were made to sit at the reception and do sales coordination , they failed to enforce policies, and were blamed for tiniest of things because the we were told to blame everything on Hr. A good Hr that I respected he had to leave the company within a year because of their mental torture. The top management had zero support to Hr or admin . Holidays were non existent the only way you can take a holiday is by not coming to the company. Even shortleaves were given after a big struggle.
