GWC Real-Estate Limited is a high profile Real Estate and Property Marketing Agency, in-charge of developing and selling landed property in Enugu and beyond. Our focus is mainly on Securing lands or buildings; developing a virgin landed property from scratch, and marketing property, as the case may be. For the past few years we came into existence, we have been able to make a change in the old status quo and with the help of our partners, Horizontal City Properties Developers Limited, Pwan Group Limited and Co. we are meeting our targets.
Mission: Our mission is to join other Real Estate giants to attract foreign investors who are afraid to invest
in Enugu, Southeast, and Nigeria at large through sincerity.
Vision: Our vision is to reform Real Estate management in a way that it will favour a civil servant, by introducing an online real-estate digital banking system, that would help them save up, -known as ‘Save up to own an Apartment’.
