i have been worked 7 months in GVK EMRI Office which is located in Newtown, Kolkata. I worked there as a ERO. My GID No. is RO200629MouliS. On 3.09.2023 submitted my resign letter and complete my notice period but they didn't provide any resign documents to me and also salary due. After 6 months i visit my office to talk to the finance office of this off but he refuse to meet.Then a security guard came and take my gid no. but they didn't take any action about this. I completed my resign period on 5.10.2023 and now it's june 25.06.2024, it almost 8 months but didn't give us salary and also they didn't put the exit date that's why i faced an issue in PF.
