GurujiWorld has a toxic work environment with little regard for the well-being of its employees. the management has poor planning skills, leading to excessive workload and burnout for workers. The company has failed to provide salaries for a few months (6), causing financial stress and instability for its employees. The CEO of this company lacks integrity and has disregarded its employees. The company vision and policies are fake, with little focus on employee growth and development. the CEO only enacts policies that benefit themselves, even asking favors from employees, only to lay them off without warning and without salaries
