No culture, No system, specially factory manager Mr. Vishal Joshi behavior is so rude with all and shouting all the time on staff, some people backbiting and they get more salaries, please do not join company strongly not recommended.

If you are really want to take experience then company is best.

Dislikes

Management is not experienced. They follow suggestion only labour promote staff. GRPP Management has no mind. Here Hardworking staff not require only TALVE CHATNE VALE LOG CHAHIYE. If u have this skill then u will become best employee of company. If any employee will injure then company not take any responsibilities & management will send employee at his hometown.
