Likes

MBM mental model help this joint venture company to sustain in all weather. The plant, colony is very beautiful. State of Art Quality management system, Good safety culture, ETP , Training program, Loyal customer base are beneficial . HR department is very effective for tallent evaluation and monitoring performance in every 6 months.

Salary - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Old furnace, Water logging in plant road , lack of coordination among departments, Manual glass handing, Fixed vendor with no clarity, Corruption in customer claim using quality, Limited volume, Inability to deliver project expansion etc are limiting the growth.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
