We do have Garba nights and occasional movie nights for those who work from the office, as they are in the same city. It would be great if something similar could be arranged for remote employees, such as meetups in their local cities for more in-person interactions. Additionally, more fun activities alongside work should be incorporated, such as organizing additional workations, off-sites, and team outings that include remote employees too....Read More
