Favouritism at its core Maddening Politics Zero Skill Development Empathy missing from Top Management Looks are what they look at 1st 3-4 old Female employees are in the organisation who are taking all perks, without knowledge, they are just getting paid for their Loyalty. They are the dumbest and show a lack of confidence. being a 15-year-old company, only 15 employees are there, in which almost 5-6 are old employees. There is nothing to like about that place as they are money minded people where they don't even think once before exploiting the employees and the favourite employees are always enjoying like they get WFH whenever they want for other employees if they are sick as well they have to come to office sad life.

Dislikes

False commitments they will commit you so many things and once you join if they feel you will get them money they try to keep you and otherwise they will throw you out just saying your performance is nice but this week you were sick and you didn't worked so we can't see your dedication 😏.
