Nothing at all except the office location is nice.

There is nothing to like here. No upper management, the boss is rude and will not give you a chance to speak. Incase you don't join forget being compensated for the one month you actually worked, he will find loopholes and make sure it doesn't happen. Don't fall for the first interaction where he's gonna mention how unfair it is to not pay interns whereas he's just the same. It's his way or the highway. The induction is bs where half of the questions are not updated but its mandatory to pass (higher than 85% which is unrealistic). Training and Induction is excellent. Even when the company is not large, work culture is very professional. Good mentors. No stay backs !

Dislikes

Financial Mis Reporting is taken far too seriously while there may be a genuine mistake. 2 people had to part while 1 am sure was not purposefully into a wrong thing. Team is over competitive and this was stressfull at times.
