Working at Golkonda Resort comes with several challenges, but the most concerning aspect is their unethical practice of withholding salaries when employees leave, regardless of whether they provide notice or not. Many staff members have reported that after resigning, the management either delays or completely withholds their final salary without providing a legitimate reason. This creates a hostile work environment and adds unnecessary stress, especially for those who rely on their income to meet immediate financial obligations.
