Dislikes

1) HR policies are a concern. 2) 60 days notice period. No company gonna waut for you that long. Hence if u want to switch then you have to resign then you should start looking for a new job. 3) Holidays are limited and even in case of emergency you won't get work from home. 4) You can forget about appraisals and promotions. 5) HR department is just for the sake of existing, they just exist and can do nothing. 6) Doesn't follow any standard procedure of working....Read More

Upper Management & Employees of the company are very supportive & Helpful.

Dislikes

The only issue is with HR Department. They don't know how to treat employees. They don't understand their own company policy as well employe policy. They don't have basic knowledge of HR work.
