They wont give any proper publicity or marketing people to reach the target given by them .. unnecessary work pressure and they will not use the knowledge of a counsellor . Seeing the experience also they will make doing tell calling which is the most irritating thing there. They wont spend rupee for publicity but need income .. Which is never possible in that field .

Dislikes

Not disliking totally but they are not perfect in managing their employees.

I was an north America counselor, I have joined there with 4 years experience in guntur branch but those people made be do tell calling for conversions . they dont take more staff . only one should do all nonsense stuff also.
