It was a franchise. No proper training and assistance. Before so called training period was over I was asked to leave coz I couldn't achieve Target in my first month. People who were already working didn't like me coz then their commission will be reduced so they did best to ruin my reputation n also forbade me to call potential customers n behind my back they took over those customers. In office hours they r busy with personal ph call n making utube video for so called channel. Talking about the owner well lack of professionalism. Max workers were women n he was busy helping them in different locations to achieve Target. Praying at workplace is very shocking I never seen that in any big or small company....
